The 988 Minnesota Lifeline provides 24/7 free, confidential support for anyone experiencing mental health or emotional distress. Funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), 988 connects people to trained specialists at local 988 centers nationwide.
